MOTION: That the readings of all bylaws included in the Bylaws section of the
December 3, 2012 regular council agenda be approved as listed.
(a) Business License Amending Bylaw 5327-2012-3964(6)
– a bylaw to prohibit the possession, trade, sale or distribution of shark fins or derivative products Adoption
(b) Ticket Information Amending Bylaw 5328-2012-
2646(25) – a bylaw to include a $500 fine for anyone found to be in contravention of Section 3.3 of the Business License Bylaw Adoption
(c) Financial Plan (2013-2017) Bylaw 5329-2012 – a bylaw to establish the Financial Plan for the years 2013 to 2017 First, Second and Third Readings
(d) Water Rates Amending Bylaw 5330-2012-2197(21) – a bylaw to increase water rates by 2% for 2013 First, Second and Third Readings
(e) Sewer User Rates Amending Bylaw 5331-2012-
