(b) For consideration of approval:
Development Variance Permit Application DV14-017 to vary District of Mission Zoning Bylaw 5050-2009:
i. Section 501, Part D. Setbacks, subsection 1. by reducing the minimum Rear Setback for a portion of a Principal Building from 7.5 metres (24.6 feet) to 4.0 metres (13.1 feet) to allow a covered patio located off the main floor only, to encroach into the rear yard setback as shown in Appendix 3 of the report from the
planner dated November 3, 2014; and
