MOTION: That the readings of all bylaws included in the Bylaws section of the
September 3, 2013 regular council agenda be approved as listed.
(a) Zoning Amending Bylaw 5370-2013-5050(114)
(R13-001 – Focus Architecture Inc.) – a bylaw to create a
new Comprehensive Development 31 (CD31) zone and to
rezone properties at 32588 and 32688 Cedar Valley
Connector from Residential Two Unit 465 (RT465) zone
to Comprehensive Development 31 (CD31) zone
Included in the resolution as part of the consideration of
Third Reading:
That the Final Reading of the Bylaw be held until the
following requirements have been satisfied:
a. The community amenity contribution in the
amount of $2,815 per new lot is received.
b. The servicing requirements, as outlined in
Appendix 9 in the report from the Planner dated
August 19, 2013, have been addressed to the
satisfaction of the District Engineer.
