following requirements have been satisfied:
a. Any additional requirements received from external
agencies and internal Departments regarding the
proposed Rezoning and Development Permit;
b. The servicing requirements, as outlined in Appendix
3 in the report from the Deputy Director of
Development Services dated August 6, 2013, have
been addressed to the satisfaction of the District
Engineer;
c. Approval of Development Permit DP12-014 which
will be considered as part of the same Council
agenda as the Zone Amending Bylaw;
d. Receipt of a letter of credit in the amount of
$127,658.50 to ensure the installation and
maintenance of all aspects of the Landscape Plan
which form part of Development Permit DP12-014;
e. Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure
approval of the proposed Zone Amending Bylaw;
f. The community amenity contribution in the amount
of $28,150 ($2815 per new residential unit over
what was contemplated in the CH1 zone) is
received where the developer has proposed a
minimum five (5) “adaptable dwelling units”; and,
g. Any other items that Council may require resulting
from the Public Hearing or Council consideration of
the application.
